STRUCTURAL STEEL DETAILING ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY

AAA Steel stays on the cutting edge of technology by using the latest available software in order to produce the most accurate structural steel drawings, shop drawings, miscellaneous steel detailed drawings, and framing plans. AAA can accommodate many different file exports as well as material data file formats. We believe part of the secret to our success is the combination of using the latest technology available, regular software upgrades, and the capability of delivering different types of Files like CNC, KISS, Fabtrol, DXF, VRML etc to follow close integration of model with fabrication shop. List of output we provide:
  • Erection drawings for other contractor coordination and field use.
  • Building information model in SDS/2 or Tekla for project review/scheduling.
  • Producing Anchor bolt setting plan and details.
  • Producing Embed setting plan and details.
  • Conventional steel fabrication drawings for shop.
  • We also provide Advance bill of material, Field bolt summary, Material summary reports and gather sheets for fabrication and erection purposes.
  • We have added expertise in providing Miscellaneous steel drawings, stairs, catwalks, ladders, trusses, conveyors.We do customize setup in 3D model based on client’s standards and specifications, shop and field practices.
